Job Description

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Lead the
business growth of Fast Chargers for EVs
, meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to expand market share.
Forge partnerships with
Charging Point Operators (CPOs), EV Dealerships, and OEMs
.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Internal & External Coordination:

Ensure timely
delivery of units
through close coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Follow up on
customer payments and accounts receivable
to maintain financial discipline.
Work with
installation contractors and service agencies
to ensure a smooth commissioning processed

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in the
EV Charging industry
is highly advantageous.
Strong ability to
lead, influence, and collaborate
with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in
customer relationship management, sales forecasting, and project execution

Bachelors degree in
Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
.
Willingness to travel
for business and project execution.
