We are currently seeking a dedicated System Administrator to oversee our IT infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and security. Role & Responsibilities Manage and maintain servers and networks to ensure optimal operation. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary improvements. Ensure data backup solutions are in place and conduct regular recovery tests. Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data. Provide technical support to users and assist in troubleshooting various IT issues. Document system configurations, changes, and procedures for reference. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of server management and network technologies. Experience with backup and recovery solutions. Familiarity with security and access management protocols. Preferred Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., MCSE, CCNA). Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure. Knowledge of automation tools for system management.
