Job Description

Job Title:

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying talent for domains such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, hospitality, finance, and other non-IT / Light Industrial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks
Conduct preliminary screening, evaluate candidates’ skills, and assess cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Manage offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding activities
Maintain records of all hiring activities and candidate data in ATS systems
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future openings
Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for candidates
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline
Proven experience (1–2.5 years) in non-technical recruitment on W2
Strong understanding of various Light Industrial and non-IT job roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-volume hiring
Familiarity with Ceipal.
