French IT Recruiter

Job Title:

Timings

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles across Canada from intake meetings and job postings to candidate selection and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct bilingual interviews (French and English) to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals (developers, network engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists, etc.) for current and future openings.
• Partner with internal HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Promote the company employer brand and value proposition within the Canadian IT market.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and analytics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure recruitment practices align with Canadian employment standards, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within IT or technology sectors in Canada.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across diverse regions of Canada, including Quebec, Ontario, and Western Canada.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (software development, infrastructure, cloud, security, etc.).
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and job aggregators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
