Teamware is hiring for Global Sales Operations Analyst/Business Analyst role

Experience:3-5years

Location: remote

NP:Immediate

JD:

Aggregate, reconcile, and analyze data across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, licensing, and partner data platforms) to create a unified and reliable view of business performance.

· Investigate and resolve X-RTM data conflicts, ensuring consistency and policy alignment across regions and systems.

· Define business requirements and partner with internal data engineering and analytics teams to implement scalable data and reporting solutions.

· Validate segment integrity during annual planning by ensuring non-overlapping segment lists, accurate system setup (e.g., Anaplan), and alignment across CRM and financial platforms.

· Support data hygiene initiatives through ongoing audits, monitoring, and remediation efforts.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that empower Sales, Finance, and GTM teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

· Document data flows, definitions, and logic to improve transparency, reproducibility, and long-term process efficiency.

· Conduct ad-hoc analyses and data investigations to uncover insights that influence strategic initiatives and performance optimization.


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related data-driven role.

· Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).

· Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and related GTM tools.

· Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.

· Proven ability to connect data across fragmented systems and identify root causes of inconsistencies.

· Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

· Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-paced, global environment.


Preferred Experience

· Experience in a global or cross-functional sales organization.

· Understanding of sales motions, segmentation, and go-to-market models (direct, partner, and digital routes).

· Exposure to process automation or data workflow optimization initiatives.

Skills:

  • Sales ops + SQL+ Excel + SFDC

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • hands-on sales ops experience

  • Territory management, Compensation calculation, Quota setting

  • Reporting and sales performance measurement and management
