Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Operations Specialist. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting sales processes, analyzing sales data, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in the design and implementation of strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Daily tasks include working with sales and customer service teams, performing data analysis, creating sales reports, and ensuring smooth coordination across various operations teams.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with teams and clients effectively
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to streamline processes and support business goals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales operations or a related role is an advantage
