Job Description

We are looking for a motivated sales operations associate to streamline our sales processes and support our sales team with data-driven insights.

This role involves managing the CRM system and Microsoft tools like Excel, generating sales reports, and creating dashboards to track KPIs and other key metrics. The specialist will also collaborate with stakeholders and team members to improve sales forecasting, assist in pricing strategies, and enhance overall team performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows

Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards

Drive pipeline calls across business units

Facilitate sales and operations strategy development and execution

Support sales teams with custom opportunities and operational tasks

Apply data cleansing techniques and develop new data acquisition methods

Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis

Assist in sales compensation and commission calculations

Conducting data analysis on sales performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Assists in the onboarding of new sales representatives by providing training on CRM systems, sales processes, and sales tools.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, business operations, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement or a similar role.

Skills

Strong experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics D365

Strong project management and follow-up skills

Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to conduct data analysis and work with metrics to drive team performance.

Advanced Excel skills and experience in creating dashboards for KPI tracking and sales analytics.

Highly detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to sales management and business operations.

Interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and sales team members to improve team performance and achieve sales targets.
