We are currently seeking Sales & Service Engineers to support our product marketing and services in the following branch locations:
1. Raipur
2. Kolkata
3. Mandi Gobindgarh
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and capture new market opportunities for EOT cranes, leveraging market research and technical insights to address evolving customer needs.
- Initiate and Inspire: Proactively engage high-potential customers, generating valuable inquiries and nurturing business relationships in technical and service-oriented industrial sectors.
- Deliver Technical Excellence: Prepare and present detailed, competitive proposals, emphasising engineering solutions, after-sales support and technical differentiation.
- Own the Sales Journey: Lead the entire sales process right from initial engagement, technical assessment and solution design, through negotiation and closure and ensuring optimal fit and satisfaction for each client.
- Forge Powerful Partnerships: Build lasting client relationships based on trust, value and technical expertise. Promote long-term collaboration and repeat business, serving as a strategic partner in lifting and handling solutions.
- Champion Service Excellence: Ensure clients receive exceptional post-sale support, including installation coordination, technical training, troubleshooting and maintenance guidance. Act as the main point-of-contact for service issues and warranty management.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to showcase product innovation, technical advantages and customer service excellence in outreach campaigns.
- Stay Technically Ahead: Continuously monitor technological advancements, competitor developments and industry standards, using these insights to inform engineering improvements and service protocols.
- Set the Benchmark: Surpass ambitious sales and service targets, delivering measurable growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Expand Horizons: Travel across India and abroad for customer visits, site assessments, technical reviews, service coordination and industry networking.
Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Proficiency: Solid grounding in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering, with the ability to understand product specifications and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Service Orientation: Commitment to providing exceptional after-sales service, including installation support, maintenance coordination, troubleshooting and customer training.
- Sales & Marketing Excellence: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, create strategic marketing campaigns and position technical solutions successfully in competitive markets.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant engineering company. Preference will be given to applicants from local areas.
Experience:
- Relevant Engineering Background: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing or service roles within the engineering sector, preferably with companies involved in EOT crane manufacturing, material handling equipment or heavy industrial machinery.
- Technical Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to sell complex mechanical, electrical or electronic systems, including exposure to product demos, technical presentations, tendering and solution-based consultative sales cycles.
- Service and After-Sales Involvement: Direct experience in coordinating installation, commissioning, maintenance or technical support activities for engineered products.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with client industries such as steel, foundries, manufacturing, logistics or other sectors reliant on overhead lifting solutions.
- Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales and service targets, growing accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Regional Familiarity: Experience operating in the target geographies, with preference for candidates from or familiar with the local industrial ecosystem
- Leadership & Initiative: Experience leading cross-functional teams, launching strategic initiatives and driving business growth through both technical prowess and service excellence.
