As the Sales & Marketing Manager at Elite Steels Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand name Elite Cranes, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our marketing endeavors to new heights. Elite Cranes is a prominent provider of top-notch engineering products, such as EOT cranes, electromagnets, and grabs, catering to a diverse clientele that includes mini steel plants, steel plants, and engineering companies. If you are a dynamic and experienced professional seeking an opportunity to drive sales and marketing strategies, this position is ideal for you. Your responsibilities will encompass various key tasks, including conducting in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs, generating inquiries from potential customers, and submitting competitive offers to clients. You will be in charge of leading the entire sales process from inquiry generation to offer closure, which involves negotiations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and long-term business prospects will be a key focus area. Collaboration with the marketing team to formulate and execute effective marketing strategies, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge, and delivering compelling sales presentations to both potential and existing clients are pivotal aspects of this role. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth objectives will be fundamental to your success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, along with proven expertise in marketing and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork and collaborative abilities, bilingual capabilities (preferred), and exceptional relationship-building skills are essential for excelling in this role. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the engineering products sector, particularly with EOT cranes, electromagnets, Ladle, Refinery, Furnace, CCM, Castor, Rolling Mill, or Related Equipment and grabs, is highly desirable. Experience working in engineering companies will be advantageous. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing & VP International Marketing, you will be offered a competitive salary range of Rs 45,000 to 50,000 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The job type is full-time, with a morning shift schedule and the possibility of earning performance bonuses. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in EOT Crane manufacturing and heavy equipment operation. Proficiency in English is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 50% is desirable. The work location is in person at various locations including Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, with travel required within India and abroad.,
