We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with prior exposure to the Rice Mill or Flour Mill industry to drive business growth and manage end-to-end sales activities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable steel and storage solutions, and closing sales while coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and online platforms Identify and engage potential clients across rice mills, flour mills, Silos , trading, logistics, and infrastructure sectors Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and recommend appropriate storage and steel-related solutions Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical specifications Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders Maintain and regularly update the customer database and sales pipeline Coordinate with operations, engineering, and management teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business Candidate Profile: 1 - 2 years of sales experience in Rice Mill or Flour Mill industry Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Target-driven and self-motivated sales professional
