Tender Executive ghaziabad 1 years INR 3.6 - 4.8 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and coordinate all activities related to government and private sector tenders. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying relevant tenders, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and coordinating with internal teams to meet submission deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Identify relevant tenders from online portals. Study tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc.) and understand technical and commercial requirements. Prepare, compile and submit tender/bid documentation in accordance with client specifications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather required inputs. Ensure timely submission of tenders with strict adherence to deadlines. Maintain records of all submitted tenders, contracts and related documentation. Monitor post-submission activities including follow-ups, clarifications, and negotiations. Track and renew registrations on e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state portals). Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in handling tenders and bid processes. Good knowledge of e-tendering platforms (e.g., GeM, CPP Portal, State Tenders). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Preferred: Experience with technical product/service tenders. Knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation. Familiarity with digital signature certificates (DSC) and online submission requirements.
