Job Description
Job Title: General Manager Admin. Location: Ghaziabad

Reports To: Technical Director/Director BD/CEO
Job Summary
General Manager Administration, is a senior-level executive who oversees and manages the administrative functions of an organization. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative processes and systems. The GM Admin will play a critical role in strategic planning, team leadership, and overall efficiency.
Basic Functions
Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring adherence to factory licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance, as well as implementing and maintaining safety protocols and conducting regular safety drills. Monitor adequate fire fighting systems, keep them ready for emergency use and coordinating fire fighting drills. Promoting employee well-being, and ensuring the availability of health and safety resources.
Facility Management:
Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the factory premises, including infrastructure, equipment, and common areas. This includes coordinating repairs, housekeeping, and ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitating internal communication within the factory, coordinating with other departments, and liaising with external vendors and suppliers.
Resource Management
Allocating resources like equipment, materials, and personnel to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
Employee Management
Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating factory personnel, fostering a positive, productive work environment and maintaining high employee morale.
Monitor security procedures
Encompass a comprehensive approach to safeguarding personnel, assets, and information. This includes developing and implementing robust security plans, conducting regular risk assessments, managing accesscontrol systems, and training employees on security protocols. Furthermore, the manager should be prepared to respond to emergencies and maintain strong relationships with external security partners.
Hazard identification and risk assessment
Understanding the risks associated with each hazard helps in prioritizing control measures and allocating resources effectively.
Labour dispute Management
Leadership and Motivation: Inspiring and motivating the executive team and employees.
Application, Implementation and monitoring of Labour Laws
Ensure compliances of Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum wages act, PF Act, ESIC Act, Bonus Act etc.
ISO 9001, 14001,45001 and AS 9100 certification support & implementation.
