Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, client acquisition, sales negotiation, market research, sales planning, customer relationship management (CRM), sales reporting, product knowledge, customer support, meeting sales targets, effective communication, arranging customer visits, visiting exhibitions. Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical) Roles and Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Identify potential customers through various channels, such as calling, emails, and online research. - Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients. Client Acquisition: - Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products. - Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into customers. Sales Negotiation: - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals. - Address client concerns and objections, providing solutions to meet their needs. Market Research: - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Use market knowledge to position products or services effectively. Sales Planning: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals. - Create and maintain a sales plan, including setting targets and forecasting sales. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): - Manage and organize customer information. - Keep accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and transactions.
