Job Description

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial)/MBA (Marketing)

Experience: Minimum 6+ Years

Report to –Director – Sales & Marketing

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Provide leadership and coordination of company’s sales and marketing

functions.

 Develop and implement sales and Business marketing strategy.

 Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities to achieve goals.

 Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of structuring

sales quotation, goals and revenue expectations.

 Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and

successful public relations efforts.

 Work requires professional/excellent written and verbal communication and

interpersonal skills.

 Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight

timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to

participate in and facilitate group meetings.

 Knowledge in carbon fiber composites will be appreciated.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Lead and coordinated the Carbon Light’s sales and marketing team on daily basis

and take sales review meeting on weekly basis.

 Represent sales and marketing department in Monthly review meeting to

management.

 Manage, guide and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve the desired

goal.

 Arrange training programs as per requirement for team’s development.

 Search prospects and generate leads.

 Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new

customer products and services.

 Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing

opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

 Direct & analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of sales procedures,

methods, costs, and results.

 Directly manage major and critical developing clients, and coordinate with the

management.

 Participate in the development of new project proposals.

 Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and

operating Procedures.

 Represent the company at various communities and or business meetings to

promote the company.

 Supervise the team to exhibits, and promotion programs.

 Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.

 Closely coordinates with other departments and cooperate staff to develop

business plans for the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
