Supervise all team members, including tailors, designers, and helpers. 4. Coordinate with tailors for stitching and ensure garments are sent for dyeing and completed on time. 5 . Take client measurements, suggest styles based on fit, complexion, and colour coordination, and sketch designs if needed – for both ready-to-wear and custom orders. 6 . Oversee quality control and ensure all garments meet Trabea standards. 7 . Stay updated on fashion trends through platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, retail stores, and exhibitions. 8 . Support the social media team when needed by providing product images, videos, or behind-the-scenes content. 9 . Create basic fashion illustrations or prototypes when required. 10 . Coordinate with tailors for fabric/material needs and update when materials are running low. 11. Manage and track all inventory to avoid shortages or delays. 12 .
