Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at our company, your role will involve leading the sales team to success. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying the potential market for the product - Organizing events in different cities of Nepal - Monitoring competition and planning strategy - Monitoring the activities of dealers and addressing their concerns - Building relations with clients - Managing conflicts within the sales team - Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams - Preparing documents and reports - Analyzing the progress of the sales team Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing - Graduate / Undergraduate in Business or IT field - Must be a driving license holder and should have a personal vehicle - Proficiency in Nepali and English language - Ability to learn about the product and effectively deliver and demonstrate it to customers, including features, offers, etc. - Ability to train the sales team on how to market the product - Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with business-related knowledge - Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals - Working as per company policies and maintaining proper discipline - Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel.,
