Sales & Marketing Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at our company, your role will involve leading the sales team to achieve business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying the potential market for the product and strategizing to reach target customers effectively. - Organizing events in different cities of Nepal to promote the product and increase brand visibility. - Monitoring competition closely and devising strategies to stay ahead in the market. - Keeping a close eye on the activities of dealers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring smooth business operations. - Building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction. - Managing conflicts within the sales team efficiently to maintain a positive work environment. - Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing valuable insights with internal teams for continuous improvement. - Preparing documents and reports to track sales performance and progress effectively. - Analyzing the performance and progress of the sales team to make data-driven decisions and optimize results. Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. - Graduation/Undergraduation in Business or IT field. - Must hold a valid driving license and have a personal vehicle. - Proficiency in Nepali and English languages. - Ability to learn about the product and effectively deliver demonstrations to customers. - Capability to train the sales team on product marketing strategies. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with business-related knowledge. - Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving sales goals. - Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel. You will be expected to work in alignment with company policies and maintain proper discipline while exhibiting a high level of professionalism in your role.,
