1. Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive lead conversion and closures. Monitor sales funnels, lead quality, and daily performance metrics. Ensure timely follow-ups and maximum conversion from inquiries. B. Team LeadershipManage, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. Assign leads, set daily targets, and monitor field activities. Maintain a high-performance, target-oriented environment. C. Client Handling & Relationship ManagementAttend site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth closure process. Build long-term relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally. D. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Maintain proper documentation of bookings, payments, and client interactions. Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams. E. Market & Competitor AnalysisKeep updated with market trends, pricing, new launches, and competitor activities. Suggest improvements in pricing strategies, offers, and sales pitches.
