About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional for our wellness brand The Vital Co. to manage our online sales channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. The candidate will be responsible for handling the entire process—from account setup and product listings to order fulfillment, inventory management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management: Create, manage, and optimize seller accounts on marketplaces. Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor marketplace policies to ensure account health and compliance. Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage end-to-end order cycle—from order placement to delivery. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. Track returns, replacements, and customer queries. Shopify Store Management: Process Shopify orders and ensure smooth fulfillment. Update product details, pricing, and stock levels on the Shopify store. Monitor payment gateways and resolve transaction issues. Inventory Management: Track and update stock levels across marketplaces and Shopify. Coordinate with warehouse/operations team to ensure accurate inventory flow. Prevent stockouts and overstock situations by forecasting demand. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and suggest growth strategies. Monitor campaign performance (if ads/promotions are run on marketplaces). Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify Admin Panel . Hands-on experience in order processing, listings, and inventory management . Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Qualifications Graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (marketplace & Shopify).
