PHP Developer

You will be responsible for integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers and building efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules. Your role will involve solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges, as well as integrating data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, and blob stores. A strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks like Laravel, Yii, etc., depending on the technology stack, is essential. You should understand the fully synchronous behavior of PHP and be familiar with MVC design patterns. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is required, along with proficiency in object-oriented PHP programming. You will need to have an understanding of accessibility and security compliance, depending on the specific project requirements. Additionally, you should be well-versed in common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions, as well as fundamental design principles behind scalable applications. Your responsibilities will also include user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments, as well as the integration of multiple data sources and databases into a unified system. Familiarity with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds is crucial, along with the ability to create database schemas that support business processes. Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages is important, as is proficiency in code versioning tools like Git. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing back-end services, handling data interchange between servers and users, developing server-side logic, maintaining central databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
