Key Responsibilities :Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Manage and monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Recruit and train new sales executives when required. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review. Handle escalations and close high-value deals personally. Ensure proper documentation and smooth sales process from inquiry to booking.
