The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales operations of the interior design division, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, design teams, and project execution teams. The role involves developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and representing the brand professionally. --- Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed interior projects. Meet clients, understand requirements, explain design & project processes, and present proposals. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals confidently. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams for seamless execution. Track project progress and ensure timely updates to clients. Follow up on payments as per project milestones. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share them with management. Attend site visits, client meetings, and vendor meetings whenever required.
