As a founder-led organisation, we’re now building systems, teams and leadership to scale from a traditional family business into a professional, high-performance pharma company. Responsibilities Own daily performance of the telesales / client acquisition team (calls, follow-ups, conversions). Set and monitor targets for lead contact, follow-up, and new client activation. Implement and enforce simple lead management systems (A/B/C/D buckets, follow-up discipline, sheets/CRM hygiene). Coach team on calling scripts, objection handling (price, credit, company trust) and relationship building. Review IndiaMART & other leads, prioritise high-potential clients, and reduce leakage/spillage. Report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and team performance to management. Requirements 3–5 years experience in inside sales / telesales; pharma / healthcare / B2B experience preferred. Proven track record of leading a small sales team (3–10 people) with targets. Strong in numbers and discipline: comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel, tracking KPIs, and enforcing processes. Excellent phone communication & Hindi/English; able to train others on how to talk to chemists/distributors. Mindset of a builder: can take a semi-chaotic setup and create simple, repeatable systems. Comfortable working in a founder-led SME environment with high accountability and fast iterations.
