Sales and marketing Executive:

We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our ERP database and meeting sales targets.

To be successful sales and marketing Executive, you should have be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales and marketing Executive Activities:

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Should have expertise in medical equipment sales.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining database
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

Requirements and skills:

· B.Tech degree in mechanical wil be preferred .

· A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration.

· Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in marketing and sales.

Operated India mart and knowledge of filling the tender.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

· The ability to work under pressure.

· Leadership ability
