Position : Sales Engineer

Job Location :


Role Purpose:

Build and strengthen client relationships, generate sales leads, and deliver customized HVAC/energy solutions to drive revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market mapping, competitor analysis & business intelligence.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads across industries.
  • Provide customized solutions (Absorption Chillers, Energy-efficient systems, Pumps).
  • Conduct client energy audits and prepare proposals.
  • Develop financial models, manage project feasibility, and ensure client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with technical, finance, and service teams for solution delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics); MBA/Energy Audit certification preferred.
  • 2-5 yrs experience in Industrial Sales in HVAC/Energy management/industrial cooling.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking & client management skills.
