Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, supporting the sales team with product-related expertise, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience and the ability to understand customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required
• Experience in the Industrial Sales is prefered
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
