Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of our CrackTheCampus platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a technical background who thrives on managing the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for identifying potential institutional clients, demonstrating the unique value of our product, and building a strong sales pipeline from both the top-down (institutional sales) and bottom-up (student engagement).

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new leads within the education sector (universities, colleges, and other institutions).

2. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with key decision-makers and build relationships through targeted emails, calls, and networking.

3. Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments for product demonstrations and seminars with prospective institutions.

4. Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling and technically articulate demos of the CrackTheCampus software, showcasing its features and immersive impact on education.

5. Seminars & Presentations: Engage with all key audiences through targeted presentations: Lead formal seminars for faculty, administrators, and other institutional stakeholders to generate interest and drive adoption. Conduct career coaching sessions and product workshops for students to build awareness and demonstrate the value of CrackTheCampus for their career growth.

6. Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in a software or technology-focused field is required.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales, pre-sales, or business development role, preferably within the SaaS or EdTech industry.

3. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills; comfortable addressing both administrative staff and student audiences. A target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

4.Technical Skills: Strong ability to understand and explain software products and technical concepts. Quick learner with a passion for technology and its application in education. 5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
