As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Specialist to join our team in Thane. Role & Responsibilities: Develop in-depth knowledge of Medprime’s product portfolio. Provide technical support and training to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and effectively communicate product benefits. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for clients. Collect and analyze user feedback to contribute to product improvements. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge. Share market insights and user needs with the R&D team for product development. Assist in creating marketing collateral, training manuals, and product documentation. Ensure smooth onboarding of customers with comprehensive training and troubleshooting. Address technical issues and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in the medical equipment domain is mandatory . Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Proven ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training.
