About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assessment Content Developer to create high-quality assessment materials for educational and training purposes. You will be responsible for developing questions, test papers, and evaluation frameworks that accurately measure learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop assessment content including multiple-choice questions, case studies, and practical exercises
Create test papers aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes
Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
Maintain question banks and assessment repositories
Ensure assessments meet quality standards and difficulty levels
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content
Analyze assessment data and recommend improvements
Stay updated with assessment best practices and methodologies
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in content development, assessment creation, or academic writing
Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of English
Understanding of assessment principles and evaluation frameworks
Ability to create content across difficulty levels
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or relevant subject area
Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy and assessment design principles is a plus
