Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems, equipment, and services.
  • Generate leads through client visits, cold calls, and networking with consultants, contractors, and builders.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
  • Understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications to prepare quotations.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution teams for project follow-up.
  • Negotiate with clients and close sales within approved pricing policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and project updates to management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ductable, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
