Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems, equipment, and services.
Generate leads through client visits, cold calls, and networking with consultants, contractors, and builders.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
Understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications to prepare quotations.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams for project follow-up.
Negotiate with clients and close sales within approved pricing policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and project updates to management.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ductable, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
