Roles & Responsibilities - Assist with screening resumes and applications with Sr Recruitment Consultants. Assist with recruitment activities and coordination, which may include meeting compliance. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects. Plan, Call and coordinate interviews with candidates. Prepare Daily reports and update the hiring superiors/ mentors. Provide support in administering HR Activities. Fulfil tasks set out by CEO and Mentors/superiors. Attend meetings and take minutes. Perform tasks and complete the given work at a supervisor's request.
