Duties and responsibilities Responsible for annual sales Personally generating sales at assigned accounts Meet or exceed margin objectives Provide monthly forecast by Customer and PN (price and qty) Maintain account profiles Maintain target account status report Maintain design activity matrix Supervise the inventory levels of risk stock for assigned key accounts Preferred candidate profile Must be currently selling Transformers, Inductors, or Capacitors to UPS, RENEWABLE ENERGY OR METERING. Minimum of five (5) years in sales with at least three years in sales to UPS, PC, METERING, RENEWABLE ENERGY and/or INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS designers/manufacturers. Role & responsibilities All manufacturing processes are reviewed and submitted for approval to the quality team in cooperation with other SME Designs and authorizes and pays for all arbors, jigs and fixtures for all the parts under his control Determines the CC; proposes the purchases of machinery and equipment for Production and for Samples and Short Order Depts to increase capacity and or to increase productivity or to equip a manufacturing plant that lacks same. Responsible of LOP times and sequences in ALL revision levels. Review correct CC assignation. Complete the LOP in the system Approve ecn in production field Addresses and resolve all problems with FPN manufacturability for FPN where he is assigned as ME already in production. Sign FA for manufacturability purposes in all stages, samples, short order and mass production. Confirm the choices or proposes changes to the choice made by DE and or PE relative to varnishes and epoxy to guarantee lowest cost while respecting safety concerns and customer specs. Addresses issues with HP, Creepage and Clearance, insulation issues, surge test issues. Co-sign on corrective action following customer complaints. Define LOP and special sequences for rework, sorting or any other material or parts disposition. Validation and approval of PP (Paso a Paso) and BOM consumption report. Follow the samples status for the FPN where he is assigned as ME Follow the material status for samples Follow the technical issues with the DE of the FPN Validation and approval of FAR for all samples. Follow the costing sheet and provide to the account Manager Review and confirm the PPAP for process and Manufacturing Preferred candidate profile Bachelor Degree in Electric, Electronic, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Good communication skills.
