Company Overview

Sales & Marketing of Magnetic components like transformers, Inductors and chokes
Identifying new prospects.
Introduction of Kaypee to prospects and find out their requirements,
Getting customer leads in various OEMs in different projects.
Converting leads to get RFQ’s
Convert RFQ’s to PO’s
Meet customers, present Kaypee credentials, and promote sales.
Travel throughout India by identifying potential markets.
Identify the potential in different Industry segments and introduce Kaypee.
Help in optimization of part design to get maximum efficiency of the part.
Co-ordinate with Customer Service Engineers for PO execution, reschedules etc.,

Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills.
Experience in managing logistic inventories.
Understanding of magnetic components market.
Superior interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
