This includes active engagement with government agencies such as OREDA (Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency) and RWSS (Rural Water Supply & Sanitation), supervision of regional operations, and maintaining strong service and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Drive business growth for solar pumps and other solutions in Odisha. Appoint and nurture 5 to 6 distributors across key locations in Odisha. Meet daily with solar pump system integrators to generate business. Identify and engage with new clients, contractors, and government bodies. Government & Compliance Demonstrate deep understanding of OREDA and RWSS processes, requirements, and tenders. Maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders. Ensure full compliance for all projects and documentation required by state agencies. Project Management Manage execution of solar pumping projects, including sub-contractor coordination. Set up and oversee at least two regional service centers in Odisha. Oversee and support all regional service activities and government relationships. Team & Reporting Lead, guide, and develop a team of 4 to 5 service engineers.
