This engagement is not a traditional employment role, but a subject-matter-expert advisory position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to establish and scale Mecwin’s Industrial Motors Business from inception.

• Leverage senior-level industrial and sales knowledge to identify new opportunities, drive market entry, and develop critical business partnerships.

• Act as a trusted mentor to guide and coach Mecwin’s young team, fostering the next generation of business leaders.

• Utilize decades of contacts and reputation to initiate business pipelines, facilitate key introductions, and ensure business success.

• Serve as a chief advisor to Mecwin’s leadership on industrial motors market trends, technological opportunities, and sales best practices.

• Commit to working on-site at the Mecwin office for at least three days per week, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance, performance tracking, and continual improvement across all strategic and operational dimensions.

Profile Requirements
