Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager with experience in Wiring Harness Industries, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role involves collaborating with technical teams, conducting market research, and providing regular reports on sales performance. The candidate will be expected to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Knowledge of Wiring Harness Industries is essential
• Strong understanding of market research and sales strategy development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with technical product sales, particularly in Solar and EV sectors is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as required
