Job Overview:

Location: Guwahati, Assam Region

Salary Range:

    0–1 Year (Fresher): ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
    2–3 Years (Relevant Sales Experience): ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
    3–5 Years (B2B Relevant Sales Experience): ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager for the Guwahati and North-East region, responsible for selling Audio-Visual (AV) products and solutions across Education, Government, PSU, Corporate, Hospitality, and IT sectors. The candidate will drive B2B, B2C, and B2G sales, engage with clients, identify opportunities, and deliver customized AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

    Identify and develop business opportunities in Government, PSU, Education, IT, Corporate, and Hospitality sectors.
    Conduct market mapping to identify institutions, departments, and decision-makers.
    Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans for monthly/quarterly targets.
    Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals.

2. Client Relationship Management

    Build and maintain long-term client relationships across Guwahati and North-East.
    Understand client requirements and recommend AV solutions (projectors, displays, PA systems, VC solutions, interactive panels, etc.).
    Handle follow-ups, objections, and customer queries promptly.

3. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

    Manage the complete sales lifecycle — prospecting to closure.
    Handle government/PSU tenders, GEM, RFPs, and vendor onboarding.
    Coordinate with technical/operations teams for installations and client satisfaction.
    Achieve and exceed sales targets.

4. Sector-Specific Focus

    Education: Smart boards, digital classrooms, interactive panels.
    Government & PSU: Tenders, compliance, procurement processes.
    Corporate & IT: Conferencing solutions, displays, collaboration tools.
    Hospitality & Travel: Displays, automation, communication tools.
    Software & IT: Cross-selling SaaS, IT services, office technology solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

    Education: B.Tech / MBA / Any relevant graduate degree.
    Experience:
      0–1 year (Freshers)
      2–3 years of relevant sales experience
      3–5 years of proven B2B, B2C, and B2G experience (AV/IT preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

    Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Knowledge of AV products, IT solutions, Government/PSU procurement.
    Ability to manage field sales independently across the North-East.
    Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic AV technical knowledge.
    Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Organizational & Time Management:

    Ability to manage multiple accounts, tenders, and priorities.
    Strong planning, reporting, and follow-up discipline.

Travel Requirements:

    Willing to travel extensively within Guwahati and North-East regions.
    Participation in client meetings, demos, trade shows, and events as needed.
