Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate sales in Gurgaon , excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in the premium/luxury housing segment. Key Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable options. Conduct property site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process. Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and HNI clients. Follow up on leads and achieve assigned sales targets. Coordinate with CRM and admin teams for smooth documentation and client service. Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and pricing in the Gurgaon market. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferably in Gurgaon). Education: Graduate / MBA (Sales or Marketing preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident, presentable, and capable of handling HNI clients. Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales process preferred.
