Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable options.
  • Conduct property site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and HNI clients.
  • Follow up on leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Coordinate with CRM and admin teams for smooth documentation and client service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and pricing in the Gurgaon market.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferably in Gurgaon).
  • Education: Graduate / MBA (Sales or Marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and capable of handling HNI clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales process preferred.
