Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B and institutional sales of bio-stimulants and specialty fertilizers across the country.
Identify and establish relationships with key institutional clients such as agri-cooperatives, large-scale farmers, government bodies, agri-input dealers, NGOs, and agri-business corporations.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies.
Develop annual sales plans and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with institutional clients.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide feedback to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of Chemicals, Fertilizers or similar products
Experience in handling big ticket sales to corporates, agri-cooperatives, and other bulk buyers.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Science / Chemistry / Agriculture / Agribusiness or experience in related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in sales analytics, Word, Excel, and presentation software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
