Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager based in Mumbai/Pune. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to promote and sell industrial fasteners and related products to OEMs, distributors, and end users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of fasteners and proven experience in B2B industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Acquisition
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the industry or a related field is an advantage
• Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain satisfaction levels.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and visit reports on a regular basis.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
