Job Description

In the role of Sales Executive / Sales Manager at TMTPL, your main responsibilities will include: - Achieving revenue targets for services and cloud solutions. - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive business growth. - Fostering and sustaining strong relationships with key customer decision-makers. - Engaging with customers to lead strategic technology transformations and promote value-based selling. - Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through research and networking. - Collaborating with internal teams to execute account plans and drive sales. - Providing regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management. - Acting as a customer advocate, ensuring their requests and needs are addressed internally. - Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to position TMTPL solutions effectively. - Leading and collaborating with extended virtual teams to drive account success. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in solution selling, services selling, or product selling. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the IT or cloud services sector. - Experience with consultative selling, strategic account management, and relationship building. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders. - Exposure to telemarketing and digital marketing initiatives is a plus. - BSc in Computer Science, BBA, Engineering, or any graduate with a focus on sales and marketing. - MBA or equivalent in Sales & Marketing is preferred. Please note that Microsoft Certifications are not mandatory for this role, but TMTPL can provide training for certification.,
