Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to drive revenue, enhance customer relationships, and promote Microsoft solutions. This opportunity will provide you with exposure to strategic technology transformations, cloud services, and the sales process, allowing you to contribute to key business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction as part of key account management. - Engaging with customers to understand their needs and promoting relevant Microsoft solutions in customer engagement and solution selling. - Supporting in identifying new business opportunities, expanding the sales pipeline, and contributing to business growth in pipeline development. - Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive sales success in partner collaboration. - Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to customer satisfaction and success in sales forecasting & reporting. - Staying informed on industry trends and market developments to provide market insights in industry knowledge & market insights. - Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet objectives in team collaboration. You should possess the following qualifications and skills for this role: - Post-graduate degree (MBA, MCom, or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Ability to build and maintain client and internal team relationships. - Eagerness to learn about consultative selling and strategic account management. - Exposure to digital marketing, telemarketing, or sales support is a plus. The internship duration will be 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. While Microsoft certifications are not mandatory, training will be provided if desired.,
