Sales Executive / Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive / Sales Manager at TMTPL, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue, expanding customer relationships, and promoting Microsoft solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include achieving revenue targets, engaging with customers for revenue, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need to build strong relationships with decision-makers, lead strategic technology transformations, and drive revenue targets for cloud and IT solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve revenue targets for services and cloud solutions. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive business growth. - Foster and sustain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers. - Engage with customers to lead strategic technology transformations and promote value-based selling. - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building. - Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management. - Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their requests and needs are addressed internally. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. - Lead and collaborate with extended virtual teams to drive account success. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in solution selling, services selling, or product selling. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT or cloud services sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders. - BSc in Computer Science, BBA, Engineering, or any graduate with a focus on sales and marketing. - MBA or equivalent in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
