We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us as Head of Accounts / Senior Manager Finance . The ideal candidate will lead financial strategy, compliance, treasury operations, investor relations, and cost optimization while ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-growing business environment. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 - 5 years, Non CA 8-10 years of relevant experience. Experience in a manufacturing, construction, steel, PEB, fabrication, glass, cement, paint, or other project-based industry is preferred. Required Skill Set: Tally ERP MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) GST & TDS filing Financial MIS & reporting Bank Reconciliation Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and audits Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate monthly/quarterly financial forecasts. Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. Financial Reporting & MIS Oversee preparation and finalization of timely and accurate financial statements. Manage the organizations MIS reporting for leadership and stakeholders. Statutory Compliance Ensure full compliance with direct & indirect taxes, Companies Act, and other applicable financial regulations. Coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities. Treasury & Investment Management Manage treasury operations, short-term investments, and fund allocation strategies to optimize returns. Cost Control & Optimization Implement cost-saving initiatives across departments. Analyze expenses to drive operational efficiency without compromising quality. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure seamless operations. Optimize working capital cycles to maintain liquidity and financial stability. Investor Management Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Communicate financial performance, projections, and business outlook with transparency.
