Qualification:

  • B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering
  • MBA will be an added advantage
  • Diploma holders with an additional 2 to 3 years of experience are welcome
  • Exceptional candidates with strong technical sales experience in industrial products may be considered even without a formal engineering degree

  • Industrial Machinery (Steam Accessories, Piping, Fans, Blowers, Burners, Motors)
  • Turnkey Projects


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B Sales & Marketing experience in industrial products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ownership mindset and self-driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Confidence in price negotiation and handling customer objections
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities


Required Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Comfort with virtual meeting platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants
  • Engage with customers to understand application requirements and propose suitable Control Valve solutions
  • Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team for timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals
  • Follow-up on submitted proposals and convert enquiries into orders
  • Lead price negotiations, ensuring profitability and adherence to pricing strategies
  • Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline with accurate data and effective follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct site visits for discussions, product positioning, and technical meetings as needed
  • Provide timely market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
