Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Marketing Manager for a Mid-Level position in Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kottayam, Alappuzha. This is a full-time role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive sales initiatives and develop strategic marketing plans to maximize company growth and success.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities is crucial.
  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proven skills in managing and nurturing client relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive sales through strategic marketing: Implement strategies to effectively increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute new QSR rollouts: Experience in managing rollouts using a hub-and-spoke model to optimize reach.
  • Align campaigns with sales goals: Develop ATL/BTL and digital campaigns that directly support sales targets.
  • Develop trade promotions: Create impactful promotions designed to enhance footfall and increase revenue streams.
  • Conduct competitor analysis: Analyze competitors to suggest strategies for business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure consistent customer experience: Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and quality service across all interactions.

  • Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to align with business objectives and drive growth.
