We’re looking for Sales & Marketing Managers who specialize in Cyanoacrylate Adhesives and understand the infrastructure of hardware networking across B2B setups. This isn’t a door-to-door gig; it’s a mix of consultative selling, brand alignment, and systems integration. 🧠 Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to increase market share. Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and industrial clients across sectors like woodworking, automotive, PVC fabrication, signage, and footwear . Deliver product presentations and technical demos to showcase adhesive capabilities. Collaborate with the creative team to launch localized campaigns and product promotions. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine outreach. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and technical training events as a brand ambassador. 🎯 Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Sales, or related field. 5–7 years of proven experience in Cyanoacrylate Adhesive sales or technical marketing . Deep knowledge of adhesive properties—viscosity, cure times, surface compatibility. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in regional languages is a plus for location-specific outreach.
