Role Description:

Sales & Marketing Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to increase market share.
• Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and industrial clients across sectors like

  woodworking, automotive, PVC fabrication, signage, and footwear

• Deliver product presentations and technical demos to showcase adhesive capabilities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to launch localized campaigns and product promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine outreach.
• Participate in trade shows, workshops, and technical training events as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Sales, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in

  Cyanoacrylate Adhesive sales or technical marketing

  .
• Deep knowledge of adhesive properties—viscosity, cure times, surface compatibility.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in regional languages is a plus for location-specific outreach.
