Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase market reach and customer acquisition.
• Lead, train, and manage the marketing and telecalling teams.
• Set performance goals and ensure team motivation and productivity.
• Generate quality leads through various channels.
• Ensure effective follow-up and maximize lead conversion rates.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, online campaigns, and promotional events.
• Manage social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising efforts.
• Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics.
• Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate with management to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 1-5 year of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
